- No refunds will be given.
- If you would like to pay quarterly, rather than monthly, you may do so.

- Dues are annualized and based on 12 months. Brophy reserves the right to close the facility when routine or emergency maintenance is needed. While we try to minimize this one or two weeks a year whenever possible, it is necessary to maintain this facility.
Freezing Policies:
- You must notify us in writing by the 15 th of the month prior in order to avoid charges for the following month if you plan to freeze your membership. Upon your return, you can call or drop-in the office to re-activate your membership.
- High School swimmers are required to notify the office in writing by August 20 th if he/she does not plan to swim with the club during the high school season, otherwise that swimmer will be billed regularly. This date coincides closely with the beginning of the season but is necessary to avoid incorrect billing.
Meet Entry Fee Policy :
- As a reminder, every USA Swimming registered swimmer will automatically be entered in and billed for meets, unless you notify the coach in writing that you will not be participating by the published deadline. The annual calendar clearly denotes meets in which your child will be entered and all this information is available in the office or at: www.brophysportscampus.org . Please look at the schedule and notify us early if you won't be able to swim in a meet.
